Dr Acharya is Doctorate in Sedimentology and Neotectonics from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee and is a Geologist by profession with acumen of business establishment and its execution right from the ground scratch in the mining sector. Dr. Acharya has strong knowledge of exploration and exploitation of different minerals viz. Gold, Tin, Niobium, Columbite, Tungsten, Gemstone (Emerald, Morganite, Garnets), Copper and Cobalt.
Dr. Acharya has held key positions right from Geologist, Technical Advisor to Director Level in different countries of Africa and South America continents with different companies. With his collective 16 yrs of experience (11 yrs professional exp in companies and 5 yrs research exp) he has the ability to start company programs right from its establishment in new countries and bring up to running stage of gaining profits.
Dr Acharya has been pioneer consultant to many of growing companies in India, Africa and South America. He had been consultant to some of companies viz Consultant for Makongo & African Partners Limited, Guinea and Ghana.
