Mamoudou Kadé Kourouma, is a lawyer by training, Consultant, Legal and Mining Administrator with 15 years of experience in the mining sector in the Republic of Guinea and other countries. He graduated from Gamal Abdel Nasser University, Conakry with a Masters 2 in Private Law in 2004.

In his 15 year career Barrister KOUROUMA has been founding member, General Manager or co-manager or representative of several mining companies including, Delta Mining Group, MGC Mineral Resources, Fako Resources Company, MR5 Marine, Gold Mining Exploration, Mining and Geology Consult.

Professional Experience

From 2016 when Barrister KOUROUMA joined BFG Consulting & Services as the Legal Advisor and Community Relations Officer he has been ensuring local and international legal mining instruments are respected and always strives for client satisfaction. He has been deeply involved in Consultancy in the Legal Mining Administration. From mining and geological prospecting to feasibility and environmental and social impact studies.
The acquisition of mining permits;
 The recognition, the survey;
 The boundaries of permits;
 Planning and development of the work budget;
 The sinking, description of well and trench samples;
 Follow-up of fieldwork;
 Basic data processing and reporting;
As General Manager of the Kourouma Services, evolving in the Mining, Construction, Agriculture, Logistics and various services, he provided consultancy that greatly assited companies in the acquisition and development of mining permits, between 2003-2008.

Attraction Of Foreign Investors In Guinea:

In 2017 Barrister Kourouma successfully created partnerships with foreign investors including Labpropharma, a company that is involved in the importation of equipment, reagents, consultation for testing and pharmaceuticals, currently active in the Republic of Guinea.
Through BFG Consulting and Services, partnership has been establised with Ashapura Guinea Resources Company .While working for Mining and Geology Consult, Guinea, Barrister Kourouma carried out feasibility studies on NI 43 using the Canadian method for semi-industrial exploitation for International Mining Corporation, IMC company. Due to his savoire-faire the Australian company, Drake Resources, others like Guinea Birrimian Gold and Guinea Gold Exploration carried out prospection and exploitation phases of different mining projects in Sigiri and Mandiana between 2012- 2013.
Barrister Kourouma has been consultant with CARACAL GOLD between 2005-2009 during which he trained geologists on prospection, administrative and judicial exigencies in the Mandiana, Dinguiraye and Siguiri all BFG Consulting & Services permit areas.
